Buildup and Clear Odors
1- Use white vinegar, baking soda, and hot water to clean your drain.
This can help eliminate odors generated by your drain's accumulation of bacteria, fat, and organic residues. It can also help to clean up residues in order to prevent potential clogging. Pour 1⁄2 cup (118 ml) of baking soda down the drain, then 1⁄2 cup (118 ml) of white vinegar. Immediately cover or plug the drain and allow the mixture to sit for about 15 minutes. Then, in a kettle or casserole, boil some water and pour the boiling water down the drain.
- A baking soda or vinegar solution can also be used to scrub out of the area around the outside of your drain stains and mineral deposits.
2- Use a biological cleaner to handle contaminated drains.
Daily preventive treatments will keep your drains smelling good, remove potentially harmful bacteria and mold, and prevent future clogs. Biological and enzymatic drain cleaners are relatively safe and environmentally friendly, such as Zep and Citra-Drain. They're even better than most chemical cleaners for your septic system. To remove odors and residue, obey the package directions for handling a drain.
3- Scour a stinky sand, salt, and lemon peel disposal. If a garbage disposal works well but smells bad, it probably means that on the grinders organic residues and bacteria have started to build up. A few cups of ice cubes, a pinch of salt, of course, and a few lemon peels fill the disposal. Let it grind this mixture with an "abrasive" that will not damage its steel grinders for a bit to scour out buildup.

How do you restore a lavatorytank that might not fill?

Place a flat-head screwdriver into the adjustment screw, and turn it clockwise to elevate the fill valve which will enable greater water to fill in, or decrease the fill valve through turning the screw counter-clockwise if your tank desires less water. Flush the rest room after these adjustments and see if the water fills properly.
